What is your company and how did your relationship with ROCOL begin?
Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group is a privately held business conglomerate established in 1890 and one of the largest family-owned multinationals in the Middle East. With complementary businesses and strategic partnerships, we are the sole authorized distributor for ROCOL products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
How long have you worked with ROCOL and what attracted you to the company?
We have been working with ROCOL for 12 years; originally, it was ROCOL’s FLO-LINE high-temperature chain oil range, specifically used for Bruckner BOPP manufacturing lines, that attracted us to work together, as well as the company’s metalworking range for CNC machines. Today, these are joined by the other food-grade lubricants that ROCOL produces.
What are your favourite parts about working with ROCOL and why?
The quality and performance of ROCOL products are some of the biggest things that set them apart from other companies in the market. The support for our local customers that ROCOL offers via technical support and local sales rep availability is another key area that makes them stand out.
What ROCOL products do you use and where do you use them?
We sell multiple ROCOL product ranges, including the Marine & Offshore – MRO range and speciality products to serve the Oil-Gas, Petrochemical, Drilling, Food, Secondary and other Industries in Saudi Arabia. We believe in application-based sales and offer a wide range of ROCOL products, including those designated for demanding applications, such as crane lubrication, high-temperature chain/bearing lubrication, mould release, CNC metalworking fluids and food processing, among others.
