What is your company and how did your relationship with ROCOL begin?
At Veneto Sollevamento, we perform periodic checks and maintenance of lifting ropes on cranes. We have been using ROCOL products, particularly the wire rope lubricants ROCOL WIRESHIELD and ROCOL WIRE ROPE DRESSING for customers in the port area.
How long have you worked with ROCOL and what attracted you to the company?
We have been working with ROCOL for 12 years. We find that the products are of exceptional quality and have numerous applications on steel ropes. We use ROCOL rope lubricants with the Viper WRL semi-automatic compressed air rope greasing system for 90% of our customers.
ROCOL products have excellent performance on steel wire ropes. With a periodic greasing program, we have doubled the life of the rope.

What ROCOL products do you sell and where do you sell them?
We only sell ROCOL WIRESHIELD and ROCOL WIRE ROPE DRESSING, but we know them very well and sell them in every sector where there could be steel wire ropes and more specifically where the steel wire ropes need to be lubricated; from foundry and steel mill to ports through the chemical or even the alimentary industry we find ROCOL exceeding our expectations.
