ROCOL are well known in the industries we operate in for our expertise and in-depth product knowledge, so to make sure that we stay on top of our game, 2023 has seen the launch of bi-weekly training sessions for our employees.
Each hour-long training session focuses on a different ROCOL product and is led by one of our experts in that particular area. In January, Metalworking Chemist, Danny Moulson, delivered the first session on the ever-popular RTD range. Using a mixture of practical demonstrations, theory and audience participation, Danny demonstrated the products, their uses and how they can benefit customers.
Danny said, “It was great to be asked to deliver the first training session to my colleagues and demonstrate RTD and show all its benefits. As well as a practical demonstration, I felt it was important to use mocked-up enquiries to give a flavour of the type of questions we get asked. ROCOL is known for being experts, so it is important that we share the knowledge that we have collectively to stay at the top of our game. The feedback has been really positive and I am excited to deliver more of these later in the year.”
